Tracy Elving is a seasoned executive with 35 years of experience both in corporate America for organizations such as United Airlines, United Technologies, and General Electric, as well as an entrepreneur running her own small consulting firm. Over her career she has developed a passion for developing professionals in all aspects of their career and built a successful business providing the tools and coaching necessary for continued growth. She has developed a structured career advocacy program aimed at professionals looking to transition or advance their careers. Based on that work, she and her team have created a leadership development model to work with early to mid-stage leaders who are building their skills to meet the needs of today’s workforce.

Career Counseling
This offering is for professionals looking to transition their career but not certain where to start. The career advocacy program provides the self-discovery and tools necessary to conduct a successful career transition. The program has five steps: core values identification, passions exploration, resume construction, interview preparation, and job search strategy development.
Leadership Development
Core Values, both the leader’s and employee’s, are the foundation on which business success is built. This offering is targeted at early to mid-stage leadership development. The program consists of five customizable steps based on an organization’s needs: administer core values assessment, generate leadership development plan, monitor monthly progress, provide hotline assistance, and update core assessment at 6 and 12 months.
